Hollywood screenwriter, Fontaine Moore, over-reached and found what shouldn't have been found. Make-believe is nothing compared to the reality of a beast from within. It's the stuff nightmares are made... of.

Fontaine Moore wants more. A Beverly Hills mansion isn't enough. She's found success as a movie and television writer, though never won an award. Her adoring agent, Ozzie Wynn, has talked her into taking on a horror movie script with enough sex and violence to challenge a team of movie raters. She needs to find a mythical beast with maybe an attached curse – something to wrap the bloody plot and doomed characters around.

Fontaine has a third husband, younger, handsome, and apparently faithful. She's insecure and suspicious, which might be worse for her marriage than what her husband might be doing.

Her teenage daughter needs a good spanking, though she might enjoy it. She needs rehab, though that will have to wait until the new horror script is finished.

Her son is too good to be true. While others his age are interested in video games and pranks, Robbie is interested in pursuing a life of good deeds and helping others. Where did he come from?

Fontaine's best friend has made a career of marrying and divorcing rich men. She’s like a diva role model, like a mixture of vinegar, wine, and outrageously expensive chocolate.

Fear of being a has-been drives Fontaine. Family and friends come second, third, or last, depending on Fontaine's mood.

Fontaine Moore wants more. Fontaine Moore gets much more than what her ambition drives her to find.

Beast From Within is a movie script in a book. At home or on the beach with popcorn and a soft drink, read the page-turning screenplay to watch the movie play in your mind. Try reading a movie. It’s cool, fast, and fun. Remember not to be afraid, or, just maybe, a beast exists where you least expect it.
