Mike is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in computer science. He began his work as a software engineer, writing software programs for various companies. For over 25 years, Mike has led, coa... ched, and mentored hundreds of people.
Mike began writing for multiple publications in 2011 and began speaking at multiple conferences and events in 2012. Since then, Mike has shared his experiences across five of the seven continents and multiple countries.
Mike is inspired by helping others to grow both in their career and their personal growth. He has mentored and coached many people through the years, and is working on his next book, which will be focused on leadership within various organizations and teams.
