Udit kapor is an engineer, meditation guide & instructor and an author.

He got inspiration to write this book on meditation with an incident that took place with him. He was undergoing mental stress due to some personal problems in the year 2009, as a result he became afflicted with deep depression. Then... someone advised him to practice meditation.

He began to feel a magical change in his thoughts in the early days of the practice of meditation, and with the constant practice, he completely won on depression and is now living a stress free and happy life.

He developed some simple and easy meditation techniques and these techniques have helped countless men & women to improve their mental health and fitness and take control of stress, anxiety, worry and negative thoughts.
