Advertising agent Nicole is very much a lady but her good behavior hasn't gotten her very far: her conniving boss takes credit for her ideas, and sends her on a last-minute overseas assignment that's bound to fail. Nervous, but determined to do her best, Nicole accepts some ouzo—okay, lots—from her handsome seatmate. She yields to the temptation of the sexy stranger on the transatlantic flight, unaware he’s the client she’s going to pitch. Blown away that her Mile High fantasy made flesh is the Helios CEO, she struggles to balance the professionalism her job demands with her attraction to him.
Konstantinos sweeps her into a dizzying world—haute cuisine, enthralling trips by jet and yacht, stunning vistas on his private beach--and into his bed, where she finds passion she'd never imagined. Nicole dares to hope it's more than a fling.
Konstantinos is captivated by Nicole's fresh charm, combined with killer business instincts. When he chooses to go with an American for the campaign, he antagonizes powerful board members, who want him out.
When scandalous photos of the two show up in a Greek tabloid, it threatens both their careers—and their love affair.

Interview with the Author:
Q: What made you decide to write Helios?
A: I love a great alpha male—that great combination of sex appeal and competence, and a beach read with vivid details of another culture makes for a perfect escape. People can relate to Nicole, trying hard to do her very best, but stymied by her evil boss and her own repressed upbringing, and the boardroom drama makes for fun, tense reading. I also love to read about friendships and loyalty, and repair of damaged family dynamics.
About Chloe:
Chloe writes steamy, fun novels about ordinary people in extraordinary circumstances, smart women and men who aren't jerks. Her stories feature friendships—close women or a good bromance—with all the feels: the thrill of a smoldering gaze or the barest brush of fingertips, the shocked gasp at the underhanded villain, the angst of heartbreak, the joy of reunion, and of course, happily ever after!
She enjoys humor and embarrassing situations as well as a vicarious sneak peek into intriguing groups (military personnel, medicine, another culture like Greece, sailing, diving, or rock climbing…) A little danger is always fun, so many contain a thriller subplot.
She hates to read the same old thing, with only the names and places changed, so her goal is to bring you a fresh, fun, new story every time, with NO CLIFFHANGERS: a rollicking, great escape that whisks readers away and love prevails.
