The Fall of Icarus is about a brilliant financier, Alejandro Pasquale, and his plan to leverage a group of individuals called the Investment Council to build and launch an algorithm that will overcome any computer firewall to steal billions of dollars from financial institutions and individuals around the globe. Dr. Joshua Petersen, Professor of International Relations at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and former CIA operative known as St. Christopher, and his good friend, Bret Donaldson, are in a race against time to find out who is responsible for the financial calamities and to avert a complete global meltdown. The book travels from Washington, D.C. to Chicago, Santiago, Chile and many other places and has many twists and turns with an interesting reveal at the end.
