While the stories he writes are fiction, they have a firm basis in reality. The cliffs of Palos Verdes have long drawn those with an eye for suicide (and occasionally murder), and the Author does indeed have a boisterous and much loved golden retriever with a nose for getting into trouble. A member of a prestigious Yacht Club in Catalina and a part time resident of Avalon, he weaves a tale of intrigue and murder across the posh waterholes and breathtaking views of The Island, providing insight into a cast of characters we have all met in one guise or another.
