BIOGRAPHY
Hello, I’m Alyanna Poe, & I’ll be your guide today. As you can see, you’ve landed on my AllAuthor profile, so I figured I’d give a little info about myself.

I started writing my first book when I was 14 & self published when I was 18.

By my 21st birthday (Feb. 8th, 2022) I will have four self-published books.

2022 is the year I get an agent for my upcoming thriller.

My last name? It was a birthday gift! I'm a born Poe & Edgar Allan Poe's first cousin six times removed. Had I been born around the same time as him, I would have been his first cousin (wink wink).

What did I do before I became an author? Well, I had no idea I was going to become a writer. I was a cadet at the local sheriff's dept. as a teen, but sadly my battle with Graves' disease got in the way of my career. I would love to make writing my full time job so I can comfortably & safely work from home. I never felt part of the team working at the dept. anyway, but other authors & readers have definitely made me feel at home in the writing community.

I specialize in horror, especially all things gory & violent.
