The World's Worst Apocalyptic Romance in the Galaxy:
By Van Millvele
Delkcoda and her crush, Allen's, skills as trained chefs are tested for survival, not flavor, when weeds are on the menu.
Their employer Betty has a second business, turning people into living zombies forced to work in her drug empire.
Delkcoda and Allen will live their best lives if the robots, zombies, and tanks don't kill them first.
Warning: The World's Worst Apocalyptic Romance in the Galaxy is for readers who enjoy PG to PG13 monster movie tropes of the 1950s, 1980s, and early 1990s complete with ill-timed comedy and an awful title. Van filled the pages with robots, zombies, murderous pets, massive amounts of cheesy dialogue, unneeded suspense, and pointless food references.
You're out of luck if you enjoy novels with spicy times, love triangles, and hideous cliffhangers. Van wrote annoying kissing scenes, but she learned her lesson, and her newer novels have endings.
The book is not for toddlers.
On the plus side, Van's novel is short, at 39887 words.
Excerpt:
3D printed hands reached for Delkcoda's throat.
"Come with me or die, repulsive humanoid." The rusted Killer Robot resembled The Wizard of Oz's Tin Man repurposed for a low-budget horror movie where the robot annoyed the audience with cheesy dialogue.
