The years since college have been tough for small town Texas girl, Charlotte, but after her husband’s death, she’s finally able to pursue her dream career in photography. An old friend offers to exhibit her art in his swanky gallery in New York City. Overwhelmed by the excitement of the city during the holidays, the last thing she expects is to cross paths with her old friend-with-benefits.Staid psychology professor Jacob has spent the time since graduation regretting not telling Charlotte how he really felt all those years ago.
