BIOGRAPHY Phil grew up in Windsor, Ontario, but moved to Sarnia, Ontario when he began his teaching career. He landed in Bright’s Grove where he began a family.
After a career in school board administration, he retired to travel, but the covid pandemic had different plans for him. Although he continues to teach online for an Ontario University part-time, he has had significant time on his hands and took up writing. Hence, his first novel UNDONE came to fruition.
