BIOGRAPHY D.B. Förster is the author of three non-fiction books, as well as numerous essays and short stories (under a different name). He is married to romance writer Sophie Bartow. The two of them raised four children in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, where they continue to reside with a host of overindulged pets.
