She is an International Best-Selling Author and contributor to several academic books, Health Coach (cert.), Law of Attraction coach (cert.), and Life Coach (cert.).
For 14 years, she served as an external examiner at several universities all over the UK. After overcoming severe personal tragedies and health concerns, she found her genuine passion in coaching people to better health and wellness. At age 55, she was at her lowest: having lost loved ones repeatedly, heavily overweight, diagnosed with osteoarthritis, and in the queue for a knee replacement surgery, told to expect never to walk unaided let alone jog/run any distance—yet she’s since won back her health & life, and amongst all, picked up running marathons every year since 2017.
