BIOGRAPHY
Hi everyone,

I’m Maria, a new author. I have been writing poetry under my pen name @mlhmusings for just over two years. I released my first poetry collection ‘Moonlit Scars’ at the end of October. I am a self published author, although, I did follow as much publishing guidelines as possible, as I aimed for a good quality first book.

I am very passionate about mental health and healing, as I myself have had to overcome quite a few traumas and relationships break-ups. My poetry aims to show compassion and understanding through sharing my own experiences and feelings. I hope my words will help others know they’re not alone in their feelings. Many of us have been hurt, struggle with life and have had to learn how to grow and build up our internal resilience and compassion towards ourselves.
