BIOGRAPHY Lisa left her dream job, catching newts and kissing frogs to move to beautiful green Galicia in the remote northwest of Spain with her then partner, now husband, the enigmatic S.
In addition to writing Lisa enjoys watching her flock of chickens, gardening in her huerta and cooking on her wood burning range.
Lisa has written four memoirs of her adventures in Galicia: Plum, courgette & green bean tart is the first book in the writing home series following that all important first year in a new country; tomato, fig & pumpkin jelly begins with a proposal...of sorts; and chestnut, cherry & kiwi fruit sponge, follows the continuing adventures when two becomes three as Lisa's mum joins the fun. Her fourth memoir, pulpo, pig and peppers is a tour of favourite places in Galicia with lots more adventures as Los tres travel
around the region, tasting, exploring and enjoying all she has to offer.
