Advice & How ToBiographies & MemoirsGeneral Nonfiction
BIOGRAPHY I’m happily married and a mother of six kids ranging from six to twenty-six years old, with the loss of my eldest to teenage suicide. While motherhood defines many aspects of who I am, I also manage multiple vocations just like you. I am a passionate believer in helping other women be better in all areas. Not perfect … better. I want to empower women to be the most incredible version of their “better” selves. Choosing BETTER over perfect is a mindset we can incorporate in all areas. For the past six years I have shared my life via social media, speaking at live events, hosting online courses, and creating functionally beautiful products and tools from planning resources.
It has been an honor to share the methods that help me in so many areas of my life. By setting manageable expectations with deliberate and intentional practices, I continue moving forward and am overcoming career losses, grief, chronic illnesses, domestic abuse, homelessness, a genetic disorder, and more.
We can choose to learn and grow within our traumas, and I am dedicated to figuring out how to do that with you. I’m still doing it for myself because every day is new. I never know what might happen or how my body might feel, but I put music on, drive through these Ohio roads, and thrive in BETTER over perfect.
