BIOGRAPHY I used to teach English as a foreign language, science, Biology, and yoga. I lived and taught in Indonesia, China, South Korea, and my home town, Oxford, in the UK.
When I became a mum, I said to my husband, "I don't want to go back to teaching when the kids go to school."
"Why don't you follow your childhood dream and write a book?"
Six years later, I have written and self-published fifteen books in my name, four books in a pen name, and have two space opera books under my belt in a man's pen name: Robert Johnston.
My husband is tapping his foot, now, though, waiting for me to financially contribute. I'd never realised it would be so hard. That's why I am trying in a man's pen name.
Oh, and I have a couple of first drafts of my new urban fantasy series under my belt in my name, too. I have a Patreon for that, and my patrons get a couple of chapters of my Vampire in Oxford novel every month, a gothic anime comic of those chapters (about 30 pages,) and an audiobook of those chapters, as well as free Orion's Paradox eBooks in my male's pen name, and any other digital gifts I can give them.
