James Bruce, age 79, is an accomplished author, producer, agent, and consultant whose remarkable career spans decades in the entertainment industry. A proud great-grandfather, Bruce has lived a life as colorful and dynamic as the stories he tells.
He has authored an acclaimed autobiography and numerous non-fiction works on the music business, drawing on his firsthand experiences working with artists, navigating contracts, and witnessing the triumphs and pitfalls of an ever-evolving industry. With an insider’s eye and a storyteller’s heart, Bruce has guided readers through the highs and lows of a world few truly experience.
Now, in his latest works, Drugs Made in Heaven, Bruce turns his talent to fiction. This gritty, pulse-pounding thriller explores loyalty, betrayal, and the razor-thin line between justice and survival. With cinematic pacing and unflinching realism, Bruce proves that age is no barrier to reinvention—or to keeping readers on the edge of their seats and his 2nd book of fiction, titled Murder on Broadway, where Detective Michael Reilly returns in a new case that exposes the dark underbelly of America’s music capital. From a hard-earned wisdom, wit, and a lifetime of hard-earned perspective, James Bruce continues to inspire, entertain, and surprise—both on the page and in life. |
