Jennifer "Jenn" Baljko helps midlife women navigate the space between fear and courage so they can greet life with a more confident YES!

As a mindful writing mentor, speaker, author, editor, women's circle facilitator and founder of Always On My Way, she encourages women to re-discover their creative superpower and make life a Joy Journey.

Jenn draws on nearly 30 years of journalism, writing and editing experience to help aspiring authors free their stifled voices and write meaningful and impactful stories. In 2023, Jenn guided a group of 11 women (and herself) through a nine-month writing, editing and publishing cycle; the collaborative book, Fierce Awakenings: Calling in Courage and Confidence to Walk Life’s Spiral Path, was published by Red Thread Publishing and earned Amazon bestseller kudos. Her solo follow-up book, The In Between: Journeying From Fear to Courage, was published in June 2024.

In parallel, Jenn is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and licensed facilitator of The Emotional Institute’s signature movement and embodiment experience the Emotional Tour. She holds space for the deep emotional release and healing that comes when we lower the volume of our racing thoughts and connect to our body’s natural rhythms.

Jenn counts the completion of a 3.5-year, 10,000-mile walk across two continents, from Bangkok to Barcelona, as one of her most significant achievements. A documentary spotlighting the kindness she received during that unique adventure was featured at eight international film festivals and is currently making its way around different conference events.
