Hello! I’m Daniel Rico Argüelles, a passionate author dedicated to weaving tales that ignite the imagination and curiosity of my readers. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Montevideo, Uruguay, my journey as a writer has been one of exploration, adventure, and an insatiable love for storytelling.

From a young age, I found solace and excitement in the pages of books, which led me to pursue a degree in Literature at the University of Montevideo. It was here that I honed my craft, developing a unique style that blends elements of fantasy, adventure, and science fiction. My stories are often characterized by their rich, immersive worlds and intricate plots that captivate readers of all ages.

One of my proudest achievements is my diverse portfolio of published works, which include beloved children's books and thrilling fantasy novels. Each book I write is a labor of love, created with the intent to inspire, entertain, and evoke a sense of wonder.

When I’m not writing, you can find me exploring the natural beauty of Uruguay, drawing inspiration from its landscapes and the everyday adventures that life presents. I believe that the greatest stories often come from the simplest moments and the most unexpected places.

My latest work, "Moisés y Cleopatra," is a testament to my love for combining science and magic in narratives that encourage young readers to be curious and brave. This book, like many of my others, aims to spark the imagination and instill a lifelong love of reading.
