Kiya, a lonesome writer is bestowed with responsibility of her sister’s twin babies after her death, who had clearly mentioned it in her will. Against everyone's advices, she accept the responsibility but soon after moving them into her home, she starts seeing a strange woman roaming inside her house. Her already deteriorating mental heath and history of night terrors makes her wonder if this woman with uncanny familiarity with her sister is even real or not. Hallucination or reality, she slowly starts to believe, taking up the responsibility of children was not the best idea, meanwhile wonder who could be the next alternative as their care give.
