The Quill were an ancient race when Earth's sun was born. It was noted but largely ignored until a group of primates began to evolve. The Quill began to pay attention and even nudged the planet once in a while, but mostly they observed. Humans evolved and developed technology, all was good.
Then in what man called the 23rd century a rogue dwarf white star was discovered on a collision course with Earth.There was no way to stop it or even alter its course. This was the end of humanity.
The Quill, determined to save humanity, came up with a plan: they would move enough of the population to save humanity. They would move humankind in a generational ship to a new home.
The first few to be abducted would become Prophets of Quill, together they will gather the oppressed and downtrodden to be the saviors of mankind.
