Geletta, an avid reader, enjoys several genres of books, but her favorite books are thrillers. Some of her favored authors include Alex Michaelides, Edgar Allan Poe, Lucy Foley, Stephen King, and Barbara Freethy. Besides her love for reading, Geletta is a licensed mental health therapist who works at Integrative Counseling Center in Little Rock, AR. With 10 years of experience in the field, Geletta specializes in trauma therapy.

At the counseling center, Geletta encourages her clients to find happiness through reading books and journaling their feelings. Alongside her colleagues, she helps clients process specific issues and explores how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors affect our mood. Through this process, clients learn how to regain control of their lives and develop coping skills to navigate challenging situations. Grounding techniques are also taught to help clients respond effectively when faced with difficult circumstances.
