BIOGRAPHY
I have always enjoyed all things creative. The expression of art, music and writing really captivated me from a young age. Thankfully I've been able to do what I love as part of a career after starting my business J.L. Whitton Creative to amalgamate my artistic pursuits.
I want to inspire emotion, wonder and imagination from people with the books I write and the art I make. Hopefully trying to peer behind the veil of this strange universe and pull something beautiful out of the ether.
I am interested in the role of fate, chance, destiny and providence in life, the ephemeral nature of existence and the insignificance of it amidst the vastness of the cosmos.
I published my first ficition book The Pendulum in 2023. It is a gripping literary/crime thriller with legal and political intrigue. It also features philosophy and ethical questions for the reader to ponder.
