I work in a busy office where the loudest people usually lead the conversation. This book completely changed how I view that dynamic. Sara Yahia makes the case (clearly and respectfully) for creating space where introverts can thrive. It's full of practical suggestions, not just theory. I kept nodding along, thinking, “That makes sense.” It’s a guide, but it’s also a perspective shift. I’ve started noticing who's being talked over or overlooked, and I’m trying to do better. Everyone in leadership should read this.

Managing a team taught me a lot, but this book taught me more. I used to think leadership meant being the loudest voice in the room. Sara Yahia showed me the strength in listening, observing, and making room for quieter thinkers. This book is practical without being preachy: lots of solid takeaways for the workplace and beyond. I’ve already started applying a few things with my team, and the change in energy is noticeable. If you're in any kind of leadership role, grab this. It’s not about fixing people; it’s about finally seeing them.
