BIOGRAPHY
As a certified life coach with a foundation in paralegal studies, I write and advocate at the intersection of personal transformation and systemic change. My work is driven by a deep commitment to social justice, racial equity, and the power of second chances—especially for the formerly incarcerated.

As a Black father, I understand the weight of legacy, the complexities of navigating identity, and the urgent need to shift narratives in our communities. Fatherhood shapes my perspective and grounds my mission: to uplift, to challenge, and to reimagine what’s possible for those who have been silenced or shut out.

I am the author of The Road to Reentry (2017), Pursuing Redemption (2020), Black Fatherhood (2023), and Reclaiming Freedom (2024). Through these works, I explore the realities of race, incarceration, and redemption—blending personal insight with broader social critique.
