I think every writer experiences this once in a while. When it happens you can either take a break, or change scenery. Sometimes just moving to another spot in the house can help, sometimes you'll have to move farther, for instance to a cafe or library.
Something else you can try, is to skip the part of the book you're writing, and write another part first.
