My goal is to set new goals and new challenges for myself. Once I achieve one, I make another. If I can grow in my writing and help my fellow authors, that's success to me.
I have 2. The first:I would really love to have one of my mysteries published by Hallmark. The second dream is to have my script turned into a movie. I have a dream cast already picked out lol
Find what makes you the happiest and write about it. The good needs to outweigh the bad. It's a hard career, but it's so worth it, especially when you pour all that blood, tears, sweat and time into it.
Pace and Description are the most important (imo). Pacing is important in any story and description is also important. Too much or too little can break a great story and take the reader out of the story.
