To me, Writer's Block is a warning sign that something is wrong with the book... It's time to step back for a few hours, days, weeks, then come back to it and take a new objective look at your work.
The last couple of times I've had Writer's Block, I ended up splitting up my book into several parts and went from there. I simply had too much stuff happening!
