I seen it as a full time profession as I wrote songs long before I wrote poetry. I had a band and was planning on making it big someday in some way, shape or form.

Being true to yourself, even if someone says you know this is not the correct grammar. I take it like song writing not everything is or has to be. Just write it as you intend it to be no matter what.
