Girl! What are you waiting for? Get those stories onto paper!
15 years later and I finally made it happen, but think of all the books I could have written if I had only just believed in myself a little bit more back then!
Good writing has to have an emotional element to it. Something that draws the reader in and gets them invested in the lives of the fictional characters living within the pages of the book. Good punctuation and grammar don't hurt either ;)
Just write. Put the words on a page. Get those ideas out of your head and let them come to life. And if those feral characters aren't listening, let them do their thing. You can always go back and corral them during editing later. Ha!
