As most kids, I was an avid cartoon watcher and comic book reader. I found myself escaping into these fantastical worlds and never wanting the adventure to end. At first it was simply acting out long battles with action figures, but with age it transitioned to writing down ideas and sketching images to then crafting whole episodes and eventually I realized I had taught myself basic storytelling. From high school on, I began studying it and honing my craft the best I could, the goal being one day to put my own mark on the genre, and in the process learn a thing or two about what truly drives us.
