I do. If there is no constructive criticism in the review, I ignore them. Everyone has an opinion. Not all should be expressed. If and when you get them, bury them in positive reviews or take the feedback, if the points are valid, fix it and ask for some new reviews to show you listened. If however, the reviewer hasn't read the whole book or has a bad review that isn't valid, use it for promotions. "Buy the book _____ and find out what this person is on about" "10 real reviews and 1 crazy. Read the book_____ and find out which you are" That sort of thing. Best of luck to you!
