I want to be picked up by a traditional publisher. From there once I am established and on my feet I want to start opening my own small businesses to give back and give people jobs and help out with more.
This is a good question, but readers that like Escaping RiverCreek compare it to a more mature version of something Nicholas Sparks would write (outside of a NC setting, lol). It has heart-felt moments and the characters are relateable.
I will go above and beyond to pull surprises out of the hat and keep you on your toes. I will place you right beside my characters and draw you into their world.
I do read them, good or bad, they are a means to learn and improve my work. I will never be perfect but I will try a thousand times harder on the next book to make improvements.
I cant balance the time. I work full-time for an international medical device company and then I have to balance home life too. When I get a moment alone I will write.
Making a last impression and touching your heart in a way that no other author has done. I've had readers all around the world cry over what I'll do in my stories because they feel for my characters or something happened to them and it serves as a reminder that you can overcome and survive and find strength you never knew about inside.
Use those raw emotions and dive into that deep well of pain and memory. Let that drive you to feel drained but get it out! Throw your heart, soul, and pain into anything you write. You never know who it will reach and save. I know from experience how powerful what I do can create such an impact and that's why I won't quit.
