Finding balanced views. When asking questions, you always get people who want their voice heard, which is fine but there also has to be a balance so it is not always the first or loudest voiced which gets heard but those which most clearly answer the questions.
Be fair, take time to gather information and think about the reader. What do they want to find in a book, does it express balanced views? Is it accurate?
