I live in rural Philippines along the shore of our island. You know that happy place most Americans have on a Pacific island beach somewhere? That's almost where I am. Most happy places lack the level of poverty that is here, but there are no true happy places.
While putting more books out for readers and making them more easily accessible, these formats have degraded the quality overall of publishing. However, publishing in general is suffering putting books into the hands of readers.
Not change, add to and expand. YA, have a 4-book series in the works now. And adult fiction, 3-already written and sitting. Have an epic historical fiction waiting in notes.
