Since I was very young, around eight or nine, I had stories, and storylines, and characters in my head that I could tap into at any time. I started writing it all out when I was around seventeen.
In my opinion, the most important elements of good writing would be execution, rhythm, and a strong storyline. As a fiction writer, it’s very important to me to be able to take my readers on a solid journey that doesn’t end until the end.
In my latest book, She’s Obsessed, when Leah throws her chain out the window onto the freeway, I’ve done that. We weren’t on the freeway, but I was using the same vocabulary as she’s using in the book when my necklace hit the pavement LOL!
The dream goal that I want to achieve is to become a professional screenwriter. I would love to write a movie, but my ultimate reach right now is to write and produce a successful scripted drama series.
