George R R Martin- He is the king of fantasies and I know how difficult they are to write.

Kindle and e-books have made reading quite accessible. It will take time to get used to the format of ebooks (especially for an old school like me), but it really helps when we are traveling with a limited weight and can't decide which books to carry.
A good cover and a title can make the reader pick up your book, but everything rests on the shoulders of a good plotline, and then the plotline is the only word of mouth.
Literary success to me is creating an impact. A reader must take something from the story. If not a lesson, then an emotion, the lingering thoughts, the 'how it could've been'.
It definitely is. Take breaks, but finish that book. People need your story. Get it well-edited and well-marketed. Your readers deserve to know about your book.
