My schedule is quite simple. I prefer to write in the morning in a very quiet room. I have my writing desk set up with note pad and reference material. I usually write from 7am until 11am or thereabouts. Mostly 5 or 6 days per week.
I do read reviews and while I know not everyone will like my book, the few bad reviews are outweighed by all the good ones. Sometimes a bad one hurts depending on who it comes from but it is to be expected when you offer your stories to the public.
One of my favourite authors, Bryce Courtenay, started writing in his early fifties and went on to pen many bestsellers. I was inspired by him and his success.
