        • That’s fantastic, congratulations on reaching book seven in the series! Keeping a mystery series fresh and engaging over multiple installments is no small feat.

It must be rewarding to see Sydney Lockhart continue to evolve and resonate with readers. I’ve found that engaging with readers has been one of the most meaningful parts of the writing journey hearing their thoughts and seeing how they connect with the characters makes all the effort worthwhile.

How has your relationship with your readers grown over the course of the series?

      • For me, being a writer is like living on an emotional roller coaster. My tip for aspiring writers is to trust yourself and keep going because even the difficulties and stress will make you a better writer. If you feel the passion and the need to write, then do it and don't worry about the uphill part of the ride.
