Electronic books have made it possible for readers to access stories from anywhere in the world as long as they have a computer. Purchasing an e-book can save money on shipping and you don’t need extra space on your bookshelf! One thing missing is the new paper smell from the pages.
Naturally I incorporate elements from my life into the stories I create. I don’t always write everything exactly the way it happened especially when composing fiction stories. I simply use real events as a launch point to issue creative statements in my written work.
You know the old saying not to judge a book by the cover, but the truth is most readers do look at the cover, and that is another factor in addition to deciding if they want to explore the story the author has written. The bottom line is that if people don’t like the cover, they may not pick it up to read.
