Write even when it does not make sense.
Keep journaling and do not destroy your notes.
I wish I wrote all that I have been through earlier.
My story is important however insignificant.
Write new words and thoughts consistently, then build on each. I used to write in notebooks. This would make was quite a challenge to reconcile thoughts from ten to twenty notebooks scattered all over the place.
I now note my thoughts on my laptop or smart notes in my phone. This is easier to build on. When a topic or thought does not flow, I leave it for a future date but pursue it when there is flow.
In my honest opinion, the most important elements of writing include: having passion in what you are writing, penning your thoughts from your heart, divine purpose driven writing, good communication skills, and targeting a defined audience.
I got inspired to start writing by the thought that I could compile my thoughts for future generations. I have been writing for over twenty years but I started publishing in November 2018.
