Where have you spent most of your childhood?

I spent most of my childhood in California.

As a teenager, what were you obsessed with?

I was obsessed with reading romance books.

How did you first fall in love with books and writing?

I fell in love with the idea of writing while I was getting my masters in English Literature.

What is one thing that never fails to inspire you?

A good action movie

Did you ever take part in any writing competitions when you were younger and did you win any?

No, I never did that, but I did enjoy seeing others take part.

What are the challenges of writing a suspenseful story?

There are no challenges, I write into the dark so what happens next is always a surprise to me and my readers.

How did you come up with the title of your book, Whatever It Takes?

The whole eight book series has the word "It" in each title so I just kept on with whatever sounded good.

Which book took the longest to write in the series, Pacific Northwest Shifters?

I think the longest was the third book. I'm still trying to finish the fourth and last one.

Do you need to know how a novel ends before you begin writing it?

No, All I know is that there will be a HEA at the end.

In your opinion, what makes writing an art?

It's the way an author crafts words together that makes it an art to me.

Have you ever read a book that you thought you wouldn't like but ended up loving?

No, if I don't like a book, I put it down before I get too far in.

What time of the day are you most productive when it comes to writing?

I'm most productive first thing in the mornings.

Do you have any special rules in your house for when you're writing (no blending, no loud noises, no loud music, etc)?

I must have it completely quiet.

Which is the next book you are writing? What is it about?

I'm writing the fourth book in my new spinoff series. Rebel is an action and adventure romance. You'll need to read the book to discover what it's about lol

What are your thoughts on AllAuthor? Is this a website you see yourself using for sometime even in the future?

I love AllAuthor and I see myself using the site throughout my writing career.
