Doreen McGettigan
As the President of Intrepid Marketing Inc. Doreen consults and coaches on all things writing, publishing and marketing.
She started her writing career as a feature’s writer and journalist for several Philadelphia area newspapers. She is a sought- after ghostwriter, speaker, a best-selling author and an award-winning blogger.
A member of the SCORE’s speaker bureau, Doreen facilitates seminars on creative marketing solutions and public relations for small businesses and a seminar on Books are the New Business Card.
As the facilitator of the Press Club’s Professional Development series she presented seminars and workshops along with the biggest names in local radio, tv and print media on writing, communications, blogging, networking and social media. She served on the Press Club executive board for (8) years. Doreen is an active member.
She taught Publishing at Delaware County Community College and teaches two community education classes (writing & social media for small business) each semester for the Swarthmore School District.
