Robert Locke worked for the British government for forty years and is still alive to tell the tale. In 2005, he was awarded an MBE for his work in promoting the English language and examinations in Italy where he still lives.
During lockdown in 2020, he wrote 20 funny satirical stories in what was happening in the UK.
He is a top writer in Satire and Humor on Medium.
