BIOGRAPHY
Wissam Baghdadi's journey from the war-torn streets of Beirut to the heights of global hospitality and tech encapsulates resilience and ambition. Born in 1978, Wissam moved to Australia in 1998, where he earned a degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management at BMIHMS while working his way up from dishwasher to the top of the industry. His career spans Emirates Airlines, entrepreneurship with a restaurant in Algeria, and a transformative role at Del Monte Fresh Produce, where he launched 45 QSR locations across the Middle East and North America.
Currently, Wissam serves as the COO of Caffeine Lab, where he focuses on strategic growth and innovation in the coffee industry. Additionally, he contributes as an advisor to Jalebi.io, leveraging his expertise to help develop advanced restaurant operating systems for the F&B sector.
