BIOGRAPHY

When not making up stories to entertain herself with, MJ Miller can be found looking for ways to beat the southwestern heat. Usually traveling north to just about anywhere. Hobbies include baking chocolate things, eating chocolate things, and using a treadmill to remove the evidence. As the mother of two grown women she loves to write about daughters and sisters and all the tangled-up relationships they tend to have, always believing the road to a happy life is filled with laughter. She and her incredible husband reside in the balmy desert southwest with their Mensa qualifying cat, Darwin.

      • For me Writer's Block is simply my insistence on sticking with the story as I want to tell it, rather than listening to the story. Sometimes, a story is dictating its own path, so keeping an open mind when writing can unblock the flow.

      • I wouldn't place other's opinions of me above my own. I'd be myself, own my flaws and sing like nobody could hear me.
