Dark, paranormal, fantasy a series that will appeal to many readers. Something so unique when I first came across this series I had never read anything like it. The series does get darker as it advances. Very highly recommended.

A wonderful paranormal read for YA readers. With strong characters. The 'Dark Innocence' part of the title is more than appropriate with Minks mother (sorry but liked this little pet name better than Maura) seemingly wishing to keep her daughter as an innocent child. Being very secretive, and for a very good reason (dragged out to the very end) not allowing her daughter to mature into something that is inevitable.

This book covers some issues that many growing teens will experience such as peer pressure and finding where you fit into the world. Making new friends and being able to accept their help in times of trouble. I hope I haven't said too much?

Very highly recommended

A wonderful story for young readers or those simply young at heart. Told from the perspective of Sandy a rescue dog. The story I believe was actually inspired by the authors own dog she got from a rescue centre.

#NannaIsAwesome I simply love this witchy tale set in Yorkshire in the coldest of winters

We have had a kindle copy since it was first released but now it has a sparkly new book cover. It was a 'no brainer' we had to have a printed version. Super excited when it arrived.

What are you waiting for it's FREE to download and a relatively short read for fans of YA fantasy and magic this is a book for you.

***There is some coverage of young gays in the story but it is clean and tastefully covered. That's life right?

This book is beauty in its simplicity. This delightful rhyming read uses words sparingly, but has a whole lot of heart. Lovely illustrations too. Worth checking out 📚📖
