BIOGRAPHY Hello! My name is Amy Epting and I am a Registered Dietitian and owner and operator of Golden Years Health and Wellness Nutrition. I have a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Arts in Gerontology from Nova Southeastern University. I have written several recipe books mainly for autoimmune disease and controlling inflammation. I have also created reflective journals to keep track of one’s health symptoms and feelings. I thoroughly enjoy improving people’s lives through diet and nutrition. I believe food and diet should be fun and easy, not stressful and a passing “fad.” In my teachings through my books and my coaching, I like to teach people to enjoy food and have fun achieving their goals, not getting stressed out. I want my books to give my readers recipes that can save them money, time, and the effort of prepping meals. I also want to give them the gifts of enjoying delicious, healthy meals that can improve their health!
