BIOGRAPHY Jeff Smith was born in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1973 but found his way to the heat and casinos of Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2003. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting degree from Texas Tech University. Still, he was drawn to law enforcement and works in Las Vegas as a crime scene analyst, investigating over 4,000 crime scenes. All In and Whale are his first novels.
