Yes. There are only two types of bad reviews - useful and useless. You can take the useful and ignore the useless. There are many types of good reviews, all interesting.
Knowledge! If you know nothing and you are not studying and you have nothing to say, simply don't say anything. Too many people with nothing to say want to write books and then call reality a writer's block. There isn't such thing. There are writers and non-writers.
